Recommended by someone who doesn’t know anything about pine straw.Lived in Georgia for 8 years now where I first started using pine straw. I used straw country the few years and everything seemed normal.I beleive our HOA had a deal with someone so I ordered what was easy. This other pine straw was noticeable worse with lots of sticks, dirt, leaves and pine cones.At that point I learned not all pine straw is the same and I have no reason to ever buy from someone else.Also I remember Mike telling me he couldnt deliver pine straw once. Best, cleanest pine straw I've ever received. Owner has lived in this area for many, many decades. Cash/check only. One-time delivery fee. If you need more after first delivery, the fee is waived for the next one.Be VERY specific on how/when you want straw delivered. They'll sometimes deliver without notice and the straw might not be where you want it stored. Not a big issue, though.
The third or fourth time I have gotten straw... 20-30 bales each time. Very easy to deal with....is close by.... delivers when promised. Always get the long-leaf and it is high quality and beautiful after spread. I won't use any other again. I enjoy yakking with the owner - he is a long-timer in the local area.DM
