Ray James is great. Very kind and helpful. We had a scheduling mishap and he compassionately came back to spray our house. We couldn't ask for a better technician. Thank you Massey and thank you Ray James!

Randall McCoy was my technician for my 2023 annual termite inspection. While he was here, he went out of his way to check the attic. He noticed that the ductwork had come loose. I had been having trouble getting heat downstairs. He took the time to fix that for me! So grateful! And I will always ask for him to be my inspector!
