UPDATED: Cathleen was a no show for my last appointment and I was unable to get in touch with her until days after. I drove over an hour. She’s sweet and wanted to make the appointment up but I didn’t want to risk a no show again.

I recommended Kathleen to my family after I had a thermography appointment myself. Although my appointment went well, it took a very long time to receive my report. Unfortunately, when my daughter had her appointment, Kathleen was a no-show — despite my daughter driving two hours from Athens. We called several times and left messages, but she never returned our calls. My mother-in-law and sister-in-law had appointments scheduled the following day, but after multiple failed attempts to confirm, they also canceled since Kathleen never confirmed she would be there.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I cannot overstate how unprofessional Cathleen is. I had two separate appointments scheduled, and both times she was a complete no-show. Each appointment required me to drive 40 minutes each way, sit and wait for 20 minutes, and waste significant time/changing routines to prepare (no shower, no chiropractor, no working out, etc.) —only to be left stranded with no explanation.

Attempts to reach her by phone, voicemail, and text went completely unanswered. She never followed up or made any effort to reschedule. The first time, she eventually claimed she had been in the hospital due to a ladder accident. While I sympathize with emergencies, looking through other reviews, it seems she is “in the hospital” with suspicious frequency. Regardless, even after she was supposedly recovered, she never reached out to me—I had to track her down myself.

This level of disregard for clients’ time and trust is appalling. I have truly never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. If it hadn’t happened to me personally, I would have trouble believing it. If you value your time, energy, or even basic courtesy, avoid this business at all costs.

Great service. It's so hard to find companies that have passion as well as pride in their work. Spectrum Thermal imaging was professional and efficient. I will return.

I had a great first experience with Cathleen and Spectrum Thermal Imaging. Cathleen is kind, professional, and very accommodating. She called me and thoroughly went over everything making sure I understood, and even made suggestions to help me on my road to a happier and healthier me. I am so glad I found her!

Cathleen’s knowledge of the human body and thermography is life changing! I am young and healthy and just got my full body baseline done. When my report came back, she took more time than anyone in the health and wellness field ever has with me and explained what every color and word meant. Everyone should get this done and learn about your health! I am so glad to know that I have Cathleen in my corner if/when an illness arises.
