We were very fortunate to have chosen Southland Custom Homes to build our new home in Ellijay Ga. Must make an appointment to go and don't help you find land, must already own. So no guarantee they can even build what you want there. They can build something but might not be exactly what you want. Selling the service not the home.

Highly recommend! Extremely professional! Super helpful walking us through the process of start to finish.We’re very thankful we decided to go this route and get what we truly wanted instead of settling on a cookie cutter home. Also, helped connect us with the right people for our construction loan and how that process works as well.
