Unfriendly staff. All of the other times I been here before I had no problems, but today was different. Upon arriving and putting my small basket of clothes on top of the tables, an elderly man is telling me I can’t do do that, even though it’s a small basket and just for a second till I put my stuff down and get to a machine. The entire time while loading the machines and after he is breaking is neck to watch our every move. I walked up to the counter to get some change for a $20, which I have done here with another employee and it wasn’t a problem. The elderly man sitting down keeps waving “no” with his fingers and telling me to use the coin machine instead.... read full review

The lady that works during the day time is very nice. And she was helpful to me during my first visit here. Second visit, it was a smooth experience. The third visit, I came in a lot later than normal and there was an older lady working. I asked her for change for my bills. She got those and we had no issues. I thought she was kind. I come back to put my clothes in the dryer, she's sitting down with an older man. I don't even notice. I start putting my clothes in the dryer. I hear noise behind me and it sounded like someone was talking to me. I turn around and they're both like "you" and then the lady says something. I don't understand because... read full review

I would not recommend this place. i picked up my clothes after having paid for it in advance. They left me waiting for someone to even acknowledge and when she did come to address me she asked me a question and I said I didn't understand her so could I can call someone who speaks Spanish and she said she said she would have to charge by the pound which is fine but the services is horrible and no one was in there and now i know why.
