I always love getting my hair done by Heather! I get blonde highlights and low lights. My highlights always look great and natural. I have been getting my hair done by Heather for over 4 or more years now. Heather does a really good with bayalyge too. (I got that last time). The cut, style and color look great and my hair has volume now.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
