The Restor-it team did a good job on sanding our hardwoods and restoring them with a natural finish. The lead person was very patient with me when he put a sample of the product/color I originally chose and didn't not like it. He then put a sample of another product and that's what I went with. The floor is beautiful. Bob, the owner is super responsive and his staff was good, too. I would have given 5 stars but the shoe molding paint chipped off when it was trimmed in some areas and there are some small chips of trim paint in the floor coating as it was not dry enough to be putting the new moulding down.
I had the benefit many years ago of having Restor-It clean the carpet in our apartment. They did a good job and also did a wonderful job dying a stain to match the original color. The work was outstanding. After moving to another state, I contacted them about two decades later or more for a referral about dying a stain in our home. Their employee Alejandra went out of her way to research the situation in my area and give me the best referral she could find. It is my great pleasure to give them a five star rating.
My experience with Alejandra was amazing. After dealing with the major box store companies (ughh), she made the carpet buy happen and install the easiest ever, within 3 business days. I will always call your team first. I will have my realtor team add you to their provider list .i cannot say enough good things. Thank you to the Restore-It Inc team..
