I was having problems with my hot water heater in a 3 year old Stanley Martin Home. I called Randal Lowe Plumbing, the company who installed the plumbing in my house. Alex Bolton, the Service Manager, repaired the water heater, shared in great detail the problem, and how he resolved it. Alex's a professional and a rock star in my book.

I cannot say enough great things about this plumbing company! They came out within a day to fix our sewer system, which was a huge relief. The team was prompt, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing.
What truly set them apart was their customer service. They didn’t just fix the issue — they went above and beyond by handling communication with the internet company to coordinate the necessary repairs. That level of follow-through made a stressful situation so much easier for us.

Randal put in Hot water heater 4 years ago. Had issue and called them and they said 125.00 to come out and any isuues would be billed back to AO Smith for parts. I called 2 times to make sure that that all I paid and both ladies (wont mention names) said yes. Then they came out and with out calling , my son happen to be home. They after 2 hours on phone with AO Smith said they had to get part tomorrow and it would be another 250.00 for labor. oh,,, I called another compnay that AO Smith recommened and they came out replace parts and were gone in 45 min. Will never use Randell ever.... even if they put there tags up everywhere on the hot water heater.
