Best customer service ever! First time visiting Power PC after spending 8 months unable to get into my email account. Frustrating trying to work with AT&T being told “we can’t help.” Within 30 minutes the young man had me into my email account on my PC & put a shortcut icon on too. The young man was so nice to bring my tower in from car trunk & also carried it back out - I left as A Happy Customer Forever!

My son was trying to install more RAM in his computer and it was not working! We took his computer to Power PC and they fixed it within an hour or so and it was reasonable and they were awesome! We highly recommend this business!

The whole team was great! I had a relatively new PC and for some reason I wasn’t getting any picture on my monitors. I brought it in and after some investigation. They found out that my hdmi port wasn’t broken but that my updates were conflicting. They managed to back up my data and install the updates so that they worked together and gave me an updated computer in a very timely manner. Awesome crew.
