Love this guy! He is no-nonsense and to the point. You know just what you are dealing with right away and the cost you are going to pay (which I think is reasonable). I've been happy with his work on 3 or so other occasions, so we took my mother's 20 year old beat to heck Louis Vuitton purse to the shop in hopes he could fix the extensive water damage and nicked leather. He gave us a glimmer of hope but we left the bag with him with somewhat low expectations based on the bag's condition. Picked it up today (one week later) - BAM! It looks just like a vintage LV BAG, which we wanted. The water damage is gone, the leather is not dried out (as it was) and the large nicks in the caramel leather are all but gone. Thanks shoe repair man (don't know his name)! See you again soon. Rob

Always so helpful & friendly! Very experienced with many different types of shoes & leather. He's an artist. I hope he stays here for a long time because we love his work!

The owner is very honest and does great work. I've been here three times, twice for a re-glue on a pair of sneakers and once for a cleaning. The work he did on my sneakers is yet to fail / come undone and it's been just over a year. The cleaning was great , the loafers were trashed, they had been neglected by the previous owner, but he made them look brand new. The prices are surprisingly fair also. I was have never been charged more than $30. I definitely recommend it here.
