I made an appointment with them through class 3 times. This last time was the last straw. The customer service is terrible here.I waited 20 minutes for an appointment I made for them to tell me walk ins take precedent over class pass.
The only reason why I came was because it's the end of the month and I didn't want my credits to not roll over.
I remember them not doing a good job with SNS and the pedicure being mid. The only reason why im here is because the polish on my toes was chipping. Never again!

Great salon. Professional staff. INCREDIBLE pedicure and the nails were beautiful. BUT. I do not like that they do not provide an itemized receipt. My total was significantly higher than the services we requested. That makes the experience weird for me.

Excellent customer service! They truly care about the customer experience. They make sure you get what you want and if you don’t like something, they fix it with no complaints. Parisian nails had a new customer in me when I came in and tried a new nail tech.. came back the next day bc I didn’t like the shape and they redid the whole set free of charge!! I definitely tipped and just appreciated the service and care. Do is now my ONLY nail tech I have do my nails and he never disappoints! His attention to detail is unmatched! Yes they are more pricey than other places, but they are worth it if you care about service, product and cleanliness.
