Paragon Construction just finished a full remodel of my bathroom, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
For context, this bathroom had been in a state of “partial remodel” for about 10 years. They came in and completely stripped it down to the studs, removed old cast iron plumbing, reworked everything with new PVC, and even managed to gain me about 4 extra inches of space—which allowed for a larger bathtub. New tile floor, tiled walls, the whole thing—done right from the ground up.

After dealing with eight long months of damage in our home from a major leak, working with Paragon Construction Inc. was truly a blessing. Kevin and his project manager, Carlos, did a phenomenal job remodeling our downstairs and helping us finally get our house back.
One thing that is extremely important to me is communication and customer service, and they exceeded our expectations in both areas. Kevin was very understanding of how exhausting the entire situation had been for our family. After months of disruption, we simply wanted our home to feel like home again—and he truly got that.

Paragon Restoration provided timely, professional, skillful, flexible service and restoration services. They came to us via State Farm’s third/party vetting consultants Sedgwick.
I was told I was free to hire any restoration service I wanted but I decided to work with the recommended Paragon after meeting with their estimate manager Kevin Thornton who knew what State Farm was likely to accept as a claim and how much their algorithm would approve to pay. Kevin also knew the relative small, contained fire’s smoke damage was far more than the burn area because the smoke was burned vinyl, adhesive and floor stain. Chemicals.
