Palms the Hair Salon is the best place to go for your Locks . Dexter is truly talented and professional. My hair went from being pretty matted to bring absolutely fantastic.I got back my loin's main. ill be coming back for all my retwists and touch ups.Services: Hair regrowth

Saw dexter here for a haircut and had the absolute best experience!! You can just tell he knows what he’s doing, so I was fully relaxed when normally I’m anxious. I think it was actually the first time getting a haircut where I didn’t want to cry afterwards…. Absolutely amazing!! Safe to say I’ve found my new stylist, would highly recommend and I’ll definitely be backServices: Curly hair

This was my worst experience ever at a salon the person who started out doing my hair was Pamela. Pamela was visibly under the influence of a substance. Her speech was slurred and her balance was unsteady. After washing my hair she began to comb my thick hair with a narrow tooth comb. Her brother, Kenneth, who is also a Stylist there, told her that she needed to be using a wide tooth comb and proceeded to hand her a wide tooth comb from his bag. I then asked Kenneth to please finish my hair and he did. My hair lasted until the end of the day. The next morning it didn't look like I had been anywhere near a salon. My hair literally resembled a wet mop. I blame myself for being so eager to get my hair done to the point of ignoring all of the red flags and not turning around to walk out as soon as I walked in. There was a female at the front desk who appeared to be the receptionist and the look on her face when she saw me said, run, run, run!!! especially after she knew I had seen Pamela's condition. To make matters worse, their debit card machine wasn't working and I had to go get change and come back to pay. As I think of it, I don't they even have a card machine. In such case, they should let their customers know up front that they accept CASH ONLY. This is a BAD business practice. Worse experience ever!
