We had already had wood flooring on the lower level of the home. We wanted to replace all the carpet upstairs. We contacted Northside Floors and a representative came to our home immediately. We got a quote the next day that was below what we expected. We scheduled the installation far sooner than we had hoped. The color matching of the downstairs flooring was near perfect. The installation was amazingly quick. We only had to stay 3 days at the hotel. We love it! We pointed out some very minor details of the stair railing. It was handled to our complete satisfaction.
Mark was very helpful in providing samples and detailing differences in the samples. He was able to schedule the installation quickly. The installers arrived promptly, did a great job installing the carpet, moving furniture, and little disarray.
Our 30 year old wood floors look like new! Working with Mark was great. We had so many questions and changes and he was very responsive each time. We would recommend Northside Floors for refinishing your wood floors
