We had the pleasure of working with the New Image Roofs team, and our “Rock star” sales rep, Andrew Hobgood, made it the perfect choice for us. We had several requests throughout the process, but my main requirement was simple: “Keep me informed!” Whether it was good news, bad news, or no news, I wanted to stay updated every step of the way. All too often, after the sale, the sales rep disappears, and you get passed off to a “middleman” who is often unaware of previous discussions. But not with Andrew—he “held our hand” throughout the entire process.
I had hail damage to my roof and sought out New Image Roofs to provide me a quote. They worked with my insurance company directly and quickly and installed a beautiful new roof. Brian was attentive, thorough, responsive, honest and fair. The crew worked efficiently and neatly on my REALLY big job. I highly recommend New Image Roofs!!

Fantastic experience with New Image Roofs. Adam Zeller was our POC and worked with us for 5+ months while we went back and forth with our home insurance and handled everything with care and professionalism. I highly recommend using them and we’re thrilled with our brand new roof that Adam and New Image Roofs got for us. Great people and great communication whenever I reached out with questions and provided options to choose from. Couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with.
