I should have read the google reviews before buying. Bought the groupon as part if a deal they've had going. I called 4 times and escalated to groupon before someone called me back to schedule a appointment. Who ever called.me was unapologetic and was in a rush to get off the phone. After reading the reviews I decided to just skip the appointment and charge it to the game. No sense in getting bad customer service and a scrappy experience. No need to add insult to injury.
So I wanted to wait to give a review until I've done all 3 of my treatments, and my last one was today. All I have to say is from the beginning the customer service, education, friendliness, and cleanliness have been above my expectations! Please don't listen to the bad reviews this woman hands down changing is lives with her service. I never knew how important it was to take care of your digestive system until I start having major problems with mine! The education and suggestions she has given me has really put me on a healthier track! I just want to say thank you for always greeting me with a smile and ready to answer any questions I may have. I will be back soon!
I didn’t really feel welcomed by the owner lady she was very robotic she doesn’t really have great customer service She made it seem like I was bothering her when I asked a question. She was pretty rude. I’m only giving 2 stars because it was a clean facility. I definitely will not be back unfortunately
