The front desk staff were truly a breath of fresh air. My husband’s insurance was having trouble showing that I was covered, which could have easily turned into an awkward or stressful situation. Instead, the staff went above and beyond to help, working directly with the insurance company to verify my coverage. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Fantastic customer service from start to finish!
I had a pleasant experience with this office. From the check in to my dismissal, everyone was accommodating and polite. The receptionist was helpful while I was checking in on the computer, the technician & assistant that were doing my eye measurements were patient & helpful. My time with the doctor was informative & reassuring, unlike I've felt at other offices. The finance assistant was very clear in explaining the breakdown of charges for my future surgery. I am very satisfied & appreciate everyone that I encountered during this visit.
