The sauna at the East Cobb club was not available for some extended period of time. I spoke to Kevin this weekend about this and asked what was the issue. Apparently, the sauna heater was destroyed because some members were pouring water in it to generate steam. First, I'd like to point out that this is a DRY sauna for those members who may not know the difference between a sauna and a steam room. Second, this is an electric heater, and for those members who remember their grade school science class, water and electricity are not great companions. Five stars for the staff - everyone here is really kind and understanding. I've been to many other LA Fitness gyms and I would say that courteous employees are not a strong suit for the franchise. This location, however, has great staff that are so amicable.

I have been a member at this gym for 6 years. This gym has had some challenges over the years. Lately I have seen strong improvement led by Kevin. Kevin does a fantastic job keeping the gym clean. He is constantly cleaning the gym.
