Praises for Dr. Lopez and her staff, Rachel, Jessica and Alysha. Our sweet chocolate lab was diagnosed with a cancerous ankle tumor. Dr. Lopez has been amazing explaining all of our options and the inevitable decision to amputate his back leg infected with the tumor. She has heard from us numerous times, promptly responding to our concerns and answering all of our many questionsin order to make the right decision for our lab's long term health. Vets are such underappreciated heroes. Whether it was Dr Carrie's compassion in helping my sweet Bo thru his final, painful years of hip dysplasia, or the shock and pain of suddenly losing MamaCat while she was getting xrays; or Dr Taryn helping our family say goodbye to our beautiful Coryell and walking thru our decisions with huggable, loveable Journey as we decipher his painful tummy issues.....the vets and techs at KMAH have hearts the size of mountains. Day in and day out, they walk alongside us as we make difficult decisions for our families and live the pain and empathy as they grieve with us. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this animal hospital. Dr Ann is just amazing. So kind and empathetic with my 2 sweet dogs and she makes sure to come out to your car personally and go over her findings!!! Lovely lovely people work at this wonderful place!!!
