They cleaned a very old Caucasian rug dated 1895 for us and did a fabulous job! It looks brighter and much cleaner. They also cleaned several rugs for my mother that had pet stains. They all came out great as well! They are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I highly recommend them!

It has come to my attention that your company "Jonquil Rug Cleaning Company" is using my business name and trademark "Benedict Fine Rug Cleaning" (or variations thereof) in your Google Ads campaigns AGAIN. This includes bidding on my business name as a keyword, causing your advertisements to appear when consumers search for "Benedict Fine Rug Cleaning" on Google, and potentially displaying it in ad text, headlines, or otherwise. This practice falsely suggests an association, affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement between our companies that does not exist. The unauthorized use of my established business name and trademark in your advertising constitutes: • Trademark infringement and unfair competition under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1114 and § 1125(a)), by creating a likelihood of consumer confusion as to the source, affiliation, or endorsement of your services; • Common law trademark infringement and unfair competition; and • Violation of Georgia state laws prohibiting deceptive trade practices and misappropriation. • Violation of Google Ad Guidelines This conduct misleads consumers searching for my long-established services into viewing and potentially engaging with your competing business, diverting customers and damaging my goodwill and reputation built over more than 35 years. Demand: You are hereby demanded to: 1. Immediately cease and desist all use of "Benedict Fine Rug Cleaning" (or any confusingly similar variations) in any Google Ads campaigns, including as keywords, in ad copy, headlines, extensions, display URLs, or otherwise; 2. Cease any similar use on other advertising platforms (e.g., Bing, Facebook, etc.); 3. Provide written confirmation within ten (10) days of receipt of this letter that you have fully complied, including details of the steps taken (e.g., removal of keywords from campaigns and screenshots if requested); and 4. Refrain from any future unauthorized use of my business name or trademark in advertising or promotion. I highly recommend Jonquil Rug! I found them with a Google search and saw their incredibly positive reviews, and I am happy to add to those with mine. From start to finish, the process was easy, and the turnaround was quick. I have a beautiful wool rug that needed some love after years of use with three kids. Rose immediately got back to me when I sent a request for a quote. I loved that they offered 20% off if you bring the rug to them and pick it up. I was happy to do that to save some additional money. The quote was reasonable, and Rose's customer service was top-notch. She was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. When the rug was in their possession, they rolled it out, looked it over, asked questions, and answered mine. When I picked it up, they rolled it out, and I was over the moon with the results. The noticeable improvement in the rug's condition was beyond my expectations. I didn't think the wool would rise at all because of the heavy traffic it received, but it did a little, which was exciting. The rug looked even more beautiful. You won't regret using them!
