Our oriental rug was very wet due to a small flood in the apartment. I called Jonquil immediately as it was very wet and the smell was that of a wet dog. The woman I spoke with was very pleasant and asked questions pertaining to the rug in order to give me an estimate. She then said she would send workers over shortly to remove the rug (particularly as it smelled terrible) and gave me an estimate. The men texted as to where they were and when they would arrive - which they did with precision. They removed the rug and 10 days later, they returned and placed our clean, good smelling rug.
