I LOVE Hotworx! Joining was one of the best choices I’ve made! After years of back issues, I’ve finally found a fitness option that helps & doesn’t hurt. The staff is friendly & helpful. This location in particular is impeccably cleaned. I’m not sure if it’s the sauna, the infrared or the workouts but I always leave Hotworx East Cobb happy & energized!

Hotworx has been a life changer for me. I have been coming for over two years. I am in great shape and I love the cross training and all the different options. My favorite part is that I get to work out in a infrared sauna and all the health benefits that brings itself.

I just signed up this month and visit different locations. The east Cobb location is clean, efficient, and a great place to workout! Parking is easy!

Love this gym! 1 - Flexibility of scheduling. I have a inconsistent work schedule and found it difficult to find classes when I needed them each week. HOTWORX has at least 4 classes starting every 15 minutes. 2 - Intense and efficient. Even if you only have 15 minutes for a workout, you can burn a ton of calories with cycling or rowing. 3 - Maximum sweat and detoxification. It’s hard to find a more satisfying 15 to 45 minute workout Lastly, The owners of this location keep the gym spotless and safe. All of the equipment is in good working order and they keep up with maintenance to keep those saunas HOT!
