I came to Dr. Ralph barely able to move my neck and severe nerve pain down my arm. He was gentle on the first visit, as I was in so much pain and gradually adjusted over the next few visits. I am not at full range of motion and have no pain. I am now making sure to not let it get that bad and with Highlands very reasonable rates (my insurance stinks) they are available for anyone without breaking the bank.

I saw Dr. Ralph for my first visit a few days ago, and the difference I feel already is astounding. During appt, I briefly explained my chief complaints. Upon examining me, Dr. Ralph was able to pinpoint my exact problem areas and addressed them each. The relief was immediate and I am so grateful! Can't wait for my next visit!
