I met with Lindsay to cut my hair from the middle of my back up to my shoulders! I showed her a reference photo and she was able to make my hair look so very similar to that, if not exactly! Her customer service was superb. She was so very kind and personable ,as I had my two children ages six and four with me - she was so accommodating and wonderful with them as well. 10/10 recommend!

I usually get the same person when I visit Great Clips and he always does an amazing job! That said, no matter who I end up with they always go above and beyond. I really helps that you keep records of past haircuts so that whoever does the cut knows what was done and can ask if that is still the appropriate cut. I also really love the $9.99 coupons, they really help when you're on a tight budget.
