The staff has always been kind. You do need to be very clear on what you’re expecting. I’ve gone multiple times at this point and only once or twice has someone freestyled on my dome. Other than those times every hair cut has been clean and quick. Using the great clips app also helps to know what the wait time is and you can skip the line if you check in.

First time at this location and was very pleased.I have used Great Clips for several years now and have been satisfied with their staff.This location did not disappoint.Will be using this location from now on.Scissor cut just the way I like it.Wife said it looks great. ?

Normally, we have had good experiences here, but this time was the worst. The staff was busy and confused, deleted my online check-in, and wouldn’t accept my coupons. Usually, the online check-in is a great system, and we time our arrival for very little waiting; this time they had deleted my appointment and we’re very crowded. I considered leaving and just trying another day, but they assured us that they would work it out. After all the confusion and waiting, it was almost insulting that they wouldn’t give us any discount even though we brought coupons! This is the only time I haven’t tipped the staff.
