TOTAL RIPOFF ARTIST. Chris Cheney (owner) is a complete and utter fraud! He subcontracts everything and won't take responsibility for his shoddy work. Charged our insurance company $470 "credit card processing fee" and we paid with A CHECK! Now insurance won't reimburse us and Cheney has decided to block my calls/texts. What A SCAMMER AND INSURANCE FRAUDSTER! His subcontracted crew was disrespectful to my mother AND even created hazardous conditions at her house causing her to fall. We now have to drag him into civil court. WHAT A MESS! PLEASE WHATEVER you do, DO NOT even consider hiring this company. You'll be sorry. This place is a joke the owner will not return my calls,texts emails came out in and looked at my floor in oct 2020 almost a year later will not respond at all floor is pulling up and separating owner will not respond at all when he did respond months ago it was always excuses he lost his phone employees out of country suppose to come over twice now to fix no one ever showed no calls texted owner his response need to me and that's it avoid this place the work they did was good just want my floor fixed I understand stuff comes up the reason this place is a joke is the owner will not respond to you and just hopes it will go away but it's not going to

Do not work with them! The installers broke off a corner of my marble hearth and the bottom of my door frame and tried to glue it back on. I showed the owner and the installer the damage on the day the floors were installed and they agreed to fix it but ghosted my and never fixed the work. I finally was able to get them back to look at the damage and they played dumb and tried to claim that I broke it. Completely unprofessional and will damage your home. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. The owner's name is Chris and the installer's name was william. Horrible.
