Excellent service! Our hot water wasn't working upon our return home from vacation. I called on a Saturday at 5:30 pm and a technician was to our home by 7 pm. The technician was knowledgable, efficient and super personable! Hot water was restored timely and with wonderful service! I will definitely use Fletch-Barney for future plumbing needs.

Waterlines servicing a row of townhomes burst during the recent snow storm experienced in the Atlanta (Brookhaven) area. The Property Manager contacted Fletch-Barney and received immediate emergency response. Ken and Jason were the 2 primary plumbers assigned to area in which I live. They worked long, hard hours in the freezing cold and continuously kept me informed over the days it took to complete the extensive repairs. Our Community has used Fletch-Barney for years and have never been disappointed in their work ethics & professionalism. Again, thanks to Ken & Jason & the team that worked in our area.
