I took my brother for an eye exam and had such a great experience. The doctor was patient, honest, and truly cared about his well-being—not just about billing insurance. After 16 years in the U.S., this is the first honest eye doctor I’ve met. As someone who’s taken care of my siblings’ appointments and worked with the elderly and people with disabilities, I’ve seen a lot with how doctors in the USA, it’s all about the money (insurance). It was refreshing to meet someone who does their job with genuine passion, care, and kindness. Highly recommend!
I am so grateful that I found Eye Site Optical! I fell asleep with my glasses on and when I woke up they were completely bent with one of the lenses ready to pop out. I tried to fix them myself but was afraid I would break them. I wish I had gotten the lady’s name that greeted me when I walked in, but she jumped right on it, had the glasses fixed perfectly in less than 10 minutes and offered to replace the nose pads. All for an amazingly low price. Thank you so much!
