I worked with several members of the Epic team on a massive project in my condo building in Midtown. My first encounter with Epic was a knock on my door at 3am when there was a massive water leak in the building. Not the best introduction, but over the next few months I grew to love these guys. My neighbor's water heater pipe broke...Epic vacuumed up the water, gave me information to dry out my studs, floor. They were efficient, took pictures of everything, monitored the moisture content. The crew cleaned up. They gave me an itemized cost list before I agreed to hire them. The office staff answered the phone right away. They helped me get all pertinent information for the insurance company.They are a keeper.
