Moved from house to high rise condo about 1.5 yrs ago. Decided to stick with E Smith because of past excellent service. Current tech Mark lived up to past experiences- so glad I did!
Called E Smith for a second opinion on some issues with our downstairs AC. Instead of a $3000 fix they were able to troubleshoot and fix it for a tenth of that. Additionally our tech, Tommy, was willing and able to explain everything to us as he went!
Joseph responded to a call for service. He was very polite, seemed knowledgeable and efficient. Took 1.5 hrs to do a complete assessment and made necessary repairs for a fair price. I would highly recommend Joseph and E. Smith HVAC.
