We had to have our air conditioner serviced because it wasn't working when we returned home from a trip. Thankfully, the system sent us emails that there was trouble with the air conditioning component, so I was able to make an appointment for the day after returning home. Our technician, Kenneth, came to our home an hour before our scheduled timeframe, and we were very grateful. He quickly assessed the problem and had cool air running in a short period of time. E. Smith has taken care of our HVAC system for about 10 years, and we couldn't be happier with the wonderful, professional service we've received.
Identified the problem quickly. Have to wait for the repair since they have to order a part for my 20 year old system. Which is understandable. I do have to cook for a week in the heat! *sniff but not their fault
Had brand new hvac system installed yesterday. Whole process was pretty good, people we dealt with were also nice.Only couple of small issues prevented me from giving it 5 stars were the fact that
we had to pay extra $300 for a smart sensor. Guys installed regular temperature sensor on the wall, which is just a blank box without any digital temperature reading and it looked odd Basically, I didn’t know that temperature sensor doesn’t have any digital readings and we should have opted for a Smart sensor in the first place.
