My wife and I used the services of Coach Martez. We used the marriage counseling package, which brings is a variety of sessions and covers a multitude of topics. We were also able to pivot to discuss the issues that we needed to discuss when those things came up during the course of our sessions. Coach Martez understands and works very hard to get each person to understand issues and work through emotions and history, all leading to a better relationship. We enjoyed our time with Dr. Woodrina during our 12 week premarital coaching course! She did a wonderful job helping us improve our communication skills as well as develop new skills that we could continue to improve upon throughout our marriage. It was refreshing to have an outside perspective as we navigated through our challenges. Overall, Dr. Woodrina gave unbiased insights and advice that could be applied to a multitude of scenarios.
