Diaz Hardwood is top notch. Diaz himself came out to do the assessment and estimate. Very professional and quite knowledgeable. We needed new hardwood, new LVP and a carpet runner. Once the old carpet was removed, new flooring was added and integrated with existing sections of hardwood. The red oak wood was matched perfectly and their recommendations on which stain to use over the two different floor areas was spot on. They poly coated it the appropriate number of times being cautious to ensure adequate time to allow it to harden between coats. Hours before closing on our new home, we noticed the hardwood work done by the sellers was lower than our standards. The color didn't match the rest of the floor. We went to Diaz Hardwood Floors to seek advice, and were treated very nicely and professionally by the team. We got an appt promptly. When the team came on-site to inspect, Diaz gave us an honest assessment that left with no sale on his part but a trust in him that he was not there to sell us anything we didn't need. We were impressed with the honesty, professionalism, and speed of service, and when we do have any questions or service needed for our hardwood floors, we will know who to call.
