We have used Coolray in the past. This time their excellence was as expected. Their technicians, Booker and Vincent, were perfect in every professional way. Coolray should be proud to have these guys.
Met with Derek from sales initially who detailed out which unit would be best for us. Very knowledgeable and professional. Then Josh and team performed the installation of the furnace and air conditioner for upstairs. They did an excellent job. Great unit at a very reasonable price. Would recommend this company and team to anyone.
Update: Coolray performed the annual maintenance. Everything went smoothly - professional and courteous.
