The staff is very professional while being friendly and courteous at the same time! The office is neat, clean, and very well laid out. The Doctor explained things in such a way that I was able to understand all recommendations. They were very efficient in getting me in and out without a lot of wasted time. A most enjoyable dental visit.
I had to change Coastal locations due to my insurance changing. I was initially apprehensive due to some scheduling issues but then there was FRAN! She was thorough, attentive, accommodating, patient & kind! She went above and beyond to fix the scheduling issues and made sure that my entire family was seen with care. My youngest was very scared to see the dentist because of his past experiences but he was very happy after his appointment with Dr.Cotton. The entire staff is pleasant and I am very content with our new dentist home.
For starters, I’m a big baby and truly terrified of anything that has to do with dentistry. My experience at Coast Dental in Marietta (Walmart Shopping Center location) was absolutely awesome. Dr. Cotton was very knowledgeable and patient with my fear. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Fran held my hand, talked with me, and went the extra mile to calm down my anxiety. The entire office staff was accommodating to my needs and concerns. They made sure I was completely aware of any procedures and the billing, which was very affordable.
