Service was wonderful and speedy. I called ahead and they had availability and took me right in. Very clean. Very professional. Staff was amicable. My skin is normally sensitive, but I had no reactions thankfully. I will be coming back. It is near my work and I can take my lunch break to take care of myself.
I originally wrote a bad review but within 48 hours I was contacted and explained my experience and was genuinely treated and felt valued as a potential customer. Fernanda definitely made my experience comfortable, educational and overall awesome. My Brazilian + b. strips was perfectly smooth in no time, she also threw in an additional service. (I’m sure it’s because she felt bad cause how bad those areas looked?) I love how quick and knowledgeable she is. Thank you for making everything “right” because you have gained a new customer!!!
