I enjoy the general atmosphere of this facility. I have made lots of progress in terms of my general health and physical development thanks to BAKAR and MIKE. It’s lovely for anyone of any age group and exercise level.
The Body Laboratory has been a wonderful experience! Bakar specifically is very mindful of the tiny details required that make a huge difference in the long term. He’s extremely concerned with form and technique and provides an overall great experience. There are also other great trainers on their team specifically Mike and Zekih who all work together to help me reach my goals in every session. I lost 13 pounds in my first month and a half at the lab and I’ve made even more progress since then. 10/10 would recommend. I pay $539 a month for 4-5 sessions weekly for total transparency. This is a very competitive price based on my research before hiring them.
