He found the heat pumps contactor pitted and burnt and replaced it and installed a time delay for the contactor to protect it. Terance took care of the maintenance on the heating. I had some questions concerning the humidifier. He answered all my concerns and made some recommendations for the upcoming weather issues we are facing this week for freezing (preventive measures)..
