My first impression was right before New Year's Eve and I left feeling like a million. All of the front line staff were amiable, welcoming, and I was treated like a V.I.P.I briefly provided my concerns, and Dr. Little and Ms. J afforded me an audience. They listened.I have multiple physical areas that cause me painful pause moments.
