Dmitri was able to diagnose the problem with our dishwasher quickly (main board burnt out) and provide the avenues to resolve it. He was honest, courteous, and provided a fair quote for part replacement. We ended up opting to replace the dishwasher because ours was older and likely to experience other parts failures in the near future. Dmitri returned to install our new dishwasher and we couldn’t be happier! Excellent service and top notch knowledge - Dmitri really knows his stuff!!! We had a great experience with this repair company. We had to fix the dishwasher. Dmitri agreed to come and check ot in a convenient for us time. He identified the problem quickly and provided few options for replacement parts. Once the part was available for pick up he got it placed and fixed the problem. Communication was great.
