Here for eye surgery nice people and clean. Bring extra jackets it's kind of cold. And there is no where to hang your jacket or your purse or your mother's purse and jacket in the restroom.

Drove 4.5 hours for a consult with Dr Cohen, waited 15 minutes to see him, he walks in “Hi I’m Dr Cohen, why are you here today?” Me- I’m having issues and proceed to tell him and he says “Great let’s get you scheduled for a Colonoscopy!” He cuts me short after a minute visit literally!! He did not want to hear nothing he was in a hurry for surgery!!!! Had my Colonoscopy A MTH AGO and he still has not called me with my results!! Two other Dr’s gave me my results 2 weeks ago and I’ve yet to hear from Dr Cohen or anyone from that office after messages being left!! I’m ticked!! My Oncologist told me he was not the Dr to help me out with my Gastro issues.. she’s correct, you are just a # in this office.

It was hard to tell at first, but after several appointments, it all became clear. The crew at the desk is very unprofessional. They judge and talk about the patients. Its always hehe and haha, and they love to stare at the patients so hard. The nurses are much more mindful that this is supposed to be a professional establishment. Dr. Liberman is very down to earth and honest. I'm sorry, but the employees in the front make me very uncomfortable being there. Sad thing is, these are adults acting like children. Relieve them of their positions and hire more qualified candidates. They make the doctors look BAD!

RUN AWAY from this place. This is like a fast food place, dr Cohen's receptionist and staff are SO RUDE its a reason why they have a 4star on here and ive never been the type to leave a bad review. Action reflects leadership so that means dr cohen doesnt care either. DONT go here thank me later ❤️

Awesome care team. Dr. Cohen and his staff are professionals who completed my procedure quickly and effectively. My only suggestion would be to provide more details about prep to first-time visitors and what to expect with prep. Other than that, everything was handled very well.

PLEASE READ** I don't normally caution on one bad review, but I should have taken heart to the one star review on here. I had a perirectal abscess that developed very fast. I know my g.i. doc called this place and talked to Dr.Cohen who then said his office would call me back in an hour to set up a schedule. They called, couldn't get me in for two days. I went to my appt. Cohen is a funny man, but even in his politeness and jokes, it was a 2 minute visit, sent out the door with pain meds and scheduled for surgery. This is where it starts to go downhill. That night the strong pain meds aren't helping the office won't answer their phone, later they tell us you had to push a certain number but there's no prompts to do that it just rings.... We call and call no answer. I'm in too much pain and have to go to the ER. Er can't get a hold of him either. The next morning I have the surgery, my husband said Cohen was very fast on the phone to give post op instructions and leave no time for questions. That night I spiked a high fever 103.6 my husband calls the line this time it works and Dr. Cohen calls my husband back, half asleep, not making any sense to my husband and he finally just said fine and hung up. A few days later we call the office to make my post op appt and have medication questions. The first three calls only ever ring endlessly no answer, no prompts, a few hours later finally a prompt it's within opening hours yet they don't answer. We stay on the line that states to stay on for a paging service for questions etc. We get a gentleman that only keeps saying "I can't help with requests of that nature.... For scheduling, about meds, or even take messages and to call back during business hours, but is there anything else he could help us with?." But it is business hours.. This turned into a back and forth and ultimately just hanging up on him..HOW ON THE EARTH ARE YOU ABLE TO ASK POST OP QUESTIONS WITHIN DAYS OF SURGERY AND CANT TALK TO ANYONE LET ALONE BARELY REACH ANYONE ON THE PHONE? I'd never recommend this place to anyone. It seems like this place is just to get their money for surgeries and once you're out the door, no longer cared about. I will be finding somewhere else for my post op appt! I wish I didn't have to give any star or maybe half a star, Cohen was at least nice and his assistant/nurse nice for the 2 seconds I saw them. 🤷‍♀️

Stay away. Mr. Cohen was very short with me and acted like my questions were dumb. I left with more questions than answers and ended up seeing another doctor that actually cared about my situation. The staff never answers their phone and once I got someone to answer, I will billed for the phone call.

Dr Cohen and his staff are so kind and professional. Dr Cohen has done SO much for me. He thinks outside the box as I’ve had a lot of unique medical issues. I would recommend him 100%.

I'm came to Dr. Cohen on outside referral from the VA. He is a true professional. Extremely knowledgeable and confident in his abilities. Then entire staff was extremely helpful and took amazing care of me from start to finish.

This review is LONG overdue! Dr Cohen and his staff are THE BEST. I have been a patient of his since 1999 and this man literally saved my life! I highly recommend him. You will be pleased if you need to see him. Top notch physician and person all around
