Chuck came out with camera and showed me how wrong they were; was honest and able to resolve my issues at a fraction of the price. Chuck and his crew are professional and I highly recommend to all who need chimney services.

I scheduled an inspection for due diligence house purchase with Chuck of Atlanta Chimney Doctor for June 13th at 3pm. HE GHOSTED ME WITH NO PHONE CALL OR ANY TYPE OF NOTIFICATION. If you read reviews other than Google, you will see he frequently ghosts clients and claims an emergency of some type. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.

I called Atlanta Chimney Doctor, LLC and left a message. The owner, Chuck called me back within 5 minutes. I told him my problem and he made time to come by and fix my fireplace later the same day! I found him to be friendly, courteous and professional as well as a fellow Corvette fanatic and the quality of his work is excellent! It's nice to be able to feel you've scored big with a quality professional who gives you outstanding value for your money! I highly recommend Atlanta Chimney Doctor!

I can not say enough good things about Atlanta Chimney Doctor. I called because I smelled a faint gas odor in my bedroom, which I feared was coming from my gas fireplace. Chuck Connor came the same day and inspected the fireplace. While the fireplace is actually fine, it had been improperly installed when we had it put in and is not being vented out of our attic. He laid out our options for fixing it. He refused to charge me for coming out, even though I had fully expected to pay for a service call.Chuck is professional and extremely knowledgeable. While he was here, I had him inspect our masonry fireplaces, as well, which are in dire need of a cleaning. They will be out next week to complete the work on those. I am thankful to have found Atlanta Chimney Doctor.Services: Chimney flue cleaning

Chuck and team added a custom chimney cap to our chimney. They also installed sheet metal to cover an old unusable barbeque flue. It will undoubtetdly keep the water and critters out of our chimney and it looks great. The team was professional and Chuck's secretary is a great communicator.
