ATL HVAC Experts is a business that offers heating, cooling, and ventilation services to the communities of Acworth, Kennesaw, Marietta, Woodstock, Vinings, and the surrounding areas. They aim to provide individualized service and exceed customer expectations. In terms of dining experience, there have been mixed reviews. One customer visited for brunch on a Saturday and found the servers to be amazing and patient. However, they thought the food was just okay and the brunch menu was limited. They expressed a desire to try the dinner menu in the future. Another customer visited late at night and had a negative experience. They mentioned that the business appeared to be closing early, despite stating on their website and Instagram that they are open until 3:00am on Saturdays. The customer was charged for gratuity, which they felt was not warranted given the short duration of their visit and the poor service they received. A third customer found the business to be decent, but had issues with the location and parking. They noted that the available menu differed from what was listed online, and the place was empty when they visited. The customer's friend enjoyed their wings and fries, but the customer, who is a pescatarian, had limited options and some items were out of stock. In summary, ATL HVAC Experts has received mixed reviews regarding their dining experience. While some customers have praised the service, others have criticized the food, limited menu options, and issues with parking and location. However, they continue to provide HVAC services to the community.
I came in here late night around 1am with my friends on 11-11 and the customer service was terrible. On the website and Instagram it states that they are open till 3:00am on Saturdays. When we got there it looked like everyone was cleaning up ready to go. I understand it's a Saturday night rather than seating us to make a few extra dollars rather than just told me they were closing early I would've found somewhere else to eat at . I bought some finger foods and some drinks. I asked for a hookah and they told me no they weren't doing no more hookah cause they're bout to close . The girl behind the bar just look so irritated and annoyed ready for us to go so she can close. I was also charged for gratuity which was an automatic fee that I shouldn't had to pay being the fact that I was only there for 30 mins and got treated this way this was not no friendly hospitality, wasn't serviced properly ! The ambiance was ugly too.
This place was decent. Located in Marietta (I loathed the drive there lol) and parking isn't super easy. There's only street parking available, some if not most of which will metered. The available menu differed than online, and the place was pretty empty when we went. Our waiter was nice and I ended up getting a salad while my friend got wings and fries which he enjoyed. He said he'd go back but I'm not so sure. I had very limited options as a pescatarian and they were out of some things.
Came here for brunch on Saturday with a friend since it was close to the house. There is free street parking and nearby paid lots. There is a DJ playing hip hop and R&B. The food was delicious and the mimosas were bottomless. Everything was affordable and not overly expensive. Our waitress was very attentive and was able to answer all of our questions. They also have hookahs available. It is a very nice establishment and we will definitely return.
