I love this gym!!! Whenever I come home to visit and I need to get PT in, I come over here. The staff is awesome too!! Plus you have the retirees (Triple OGs) come in and give knowledge to young bucks like myself!!
Three weight rooms and a huge CrossFit area are upstairs. Treadmills, ellipticals, seated bikes, and stair climbers are downstairs. Everyone puts everything back where it was so the place never looks trashed. During the week day an instructor gives classes in the morning around 0515.
I absolutely love this gym! It’s the best part of my current assignment. It keeps me accountable, I look forward to walking in there everyday and the staff is simply superb! Professional instruction and an atmosphere built around teamwork! “Armis!”
