We had our service visit today for our dehumidifier in the basement. Aric Gorman was our service technician and he went above and beyond a normal service call to check the crawl space for water intrusion. He was also very friendly, polite and explained the checks he did. Thank you Aauaguard and Aric for great customer service.
Eli Ingleson was the representative that came to do an inspection in my house, a very long thorough event, he was very professional and punctual.
After about an hour of doing an investigation he explained everything that was going on and so lucky to me the good news that it's only cosmetic issues, No foundation damage saving me $25,000!!

So they sent out a certified Field Inspector to do the inspection and give me an estimate. His name was Danny Broadway and he did an excellent job. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. In just a short time, he was able to show me exactly what was going wrong and what was required for the repairs and to prevent any future damage. Thank you, Aqua Guard!
