American Hearts and Home is a business that provides caregiving services. They have received both positive and negative feedback from customers. Some customers have mentioned that they have had great caregivers, but have also experienced issues with caregivers arriving late or not at all. This has resulted in customers having to cancel appointments or bring their family members with them to appointments. On the other hand, some customers have had a very positive experience with the company. They have been recommended to American Hearts and Home by other home health care providers and have found the staff to be warm, professional, and attentive to their needs. The company's quick response time and communication with customers during the enrollment process have been appreciated. Overall, American Hearts and Home has been described as a company that goes "over and beyond" to help families in need.
Overall it has been a good company. With everything there will be some pros and cons. I have a couple of great caregivers but also some caregivers who show up late or not at all. I have had to cancel appointments or take my son with me due to no one to cover a shift.
When we found ourselves in need of a sitting service for my husband, American Hearts and Home was the name of a firm recommended to us by another home health care provider. I contacted them, and received immediate attention to our need. Caprisha, the owner and Cassandra, a co-worker, came to our home and went over all of the paperwork involved. They were genuinely warm people, and professional in their demeanor and preparation. My husband's condition improved rather quickly, so we no longer needed this service. However, when/if the time comes that we do require a sitting service, I will definitely contact this company again. I can recommend them to you without reservation.
American Hearts and Home has been so good to my family. When my mother fell sick, I felt afraid and alone. I didn’t know how I would care for my mother and still work. I was stressed and overwhelmed, but American Hearts and Home stepped in and became apart of our family. They gave my mother and I our lives back. American Hearts and Home truly go over and beyond to help your family, when most needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better Home Health service. They respond quickly and keep in touch with you during the entire process of your enrollment as a client. My mother is doing better and is so much more happier.
