This was the easiest receipt of my sleep apnea device. I was throughly impressed with Jerome and his willingness to ensure I had everything I needed for my machine. He was very knowledgeable with my specific device and gave me some good tips on how to be successful with my treatment. I especially liked that he called me while I was on my way to the office to ensure I found the office with ease, this was service at its highest level.

Rep was very helpful. Plz use UPS as fedex doesn't use call box at front door when apt office is closed. On. Sat and sun box was brought out and took back. Finally got it on Tues when apt office open. Terrible delivery service.

Some employees are simply outstanding and deserve high recognition, I wish I could give Mr. Jerome Russell at the Marietta Office an Award. He is Awesome, he cares about the customers and gives them the very best service beyond expectation. I applaud you, sir, you turned a very bad situation into a great experience for me. I kept getting nowhere, my order was cancelled twice and I kept getting transferred from one extreme to another. Thank you Mr. Russell for stepping in so that I could receive my CPAP machine immediately without issues. You're the best and you make your office look Great!!! Blessings to you, Rev. Deborah Stephens
