I called Advanced Drainage solutions because our basement kept flooding whenever there was/is a hard drive rain.
Levi, our first rep, was great! He came did an assessment and explained our options.
Then Jesus and Juan came out to execute the first service (hyrdojetting) in our possible two/three step solutions. Jesus explained how the process worked and what to expect. A number of years ago my wife and I used Advanced Drainage to install 3 drains for rain water that was collecting in our yard along with a retaining wall.
We recently asked them back out to fix the condensation line on a mini split we had installed. Every time they have come to work at our home they do an impeccable job at what I feel is a very reasonable cost.
Our drains from many years ago are still working perfectly and the retaining wall is wonderful. I expect this new fix to be the same.
