Ace Hardware Home Services provides expert plumbing and HVAC services to the metro Atlanta area. The team is known for their fast response times, professional service, and dependable repairs. They offer a great annual maintenance plan that has worked out well for many customers. The team is professional and provides good advice without trying to upsell. They quickly diagnose problems and fix them efficiently, often with no charge for customers on the service plan.
Requested services to fix a dishwasher leak. Unfortunately, the dispatcher/scheduler did not understand the issue. A plumber was sent that could not fix the dishwasher where the leak was detected.
The swrvice tech Noah was polite and knowledgeable. There was no charge for the appointment.
My experience started with Ken Heyde whom was referred by a coworker. He was knowledgable, friendly and patient and offered a suitable replacement with a very competitive pricing for complete replacement of my Aircondition system. Then today a team of experienced installers came to install the system. They were experienced, knowledgeable, very polite and knew what to do. Toward the end, their supervisor came to make sure was done properly and made sure we were satisfied with the installation process.
My air was out in the upstairs, and I called Moncrief. Jack Sanders arrived and inspected everything thoroughly. Unfortunately we need a new system. Jack was great.
Moncrief can always be depended on for fast A+ service.
