Just had my 6 month HVAC maintenance appointment with Moncrief Heating & Air Conditioning. The HVAC technicians, Jack Sanders and John are outstanding. Professional, pleasant and highly experienced and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Moncrief, especially Jack and John!
The tech quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, it requires replacement. He could have done a better job of returning everything to its original state (lights left on, doors left open, thermostat not reset) and he left a pile of screws next to the AC unit
