We love this place. It's great for kids who love horses. We usually stay Monday through Friday, all-inclusive package with horse riding. You get 3 buffet style meals, 2 two-hour rides, and room. They have a pool and a small game room. Horses are in the pastures right next to accommodations. You walk down, get your horse, brush him/her off, get the saddle and reins (they put those on), lead your horse down to the block. After they get everyone on the horses, you can either go with a guide or let your horse lead. It's a great experience in the beautiful state of GA just south of the promised land and the best college in the world, UGA.
Such a beautiful place to visit. Surrounded by horses. Imagine eating breakfast and hearing the horses running, as you look up five or so run by. This will happen throughout your stay. The ranch hands are the best. Amy is so fun and a little wild, MJ is full of fun conversations, and Nikki will give you such excellent riding advice (I've been riding for about 6 years, she gave me tips which I wish I had learned years ago. Greatly improved my riding). You will feel part of the family. You retrieve your horse and groom for the ride. Even the smallest rider can handle the task. Celebrated a milestone birthday with my close friends here and couldn’t be happier with the arrangements - I wish we could have extended our visit! The staff were incredibly accommodating, the food was delicious, the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, the pool was refreshing, and the horses were heavenly. Our experience was incredibly relaxing with beautiful scenery, up to 2 horse outings a day, and limitless amounts of space to rejuvenate. Everything about our weekend was beautiful and I recommend everyone to take an opportunity to visit.Rooms: Spacious and comfortable bedsFood & drinks: Delicious meals each day and a fantastic variety of teas!
