Mid Lakes Heating and Cooling is a pleasure to work with, always on time and professional. The company is honest and does what they say, with knowledgeable technicians who understand the customers' needs. Clients have used them for several years and referred them to many people, with everyone being very pleased. They show up when scheduled and can be trusted to do only what's required to get the system up and running again. One customer had an incredible experience with a technician who graciously fit them in for a service call the day after Thanksgiving. He meticulously inspected every component, identified faulty wiring and a blown fuse, and made the necessary repairs. He answered all questions and left clear instructions, with reasonable rates and timely, thorough service. The company has maintained and installed systems in homes for the last 10 years with no issues, and the installations are super clean and professional looking. Customers have full confidence in their skills and highly recommend Mid-Lakes, with one planning to schedule annual tune-ups moving forward.
As a single, female, first time home buyer I make an easy “mark” for businesses and have been wary trusting many a company. I am so deeply thankful for Ty and Mid Lakes for being a company that stands on integrity, fairness, and honesty. Ty was thorough and informative without being patronizing. I can’t say enough about the incredible experience I had with Midlakes Heating and Cooling, especially with Ty. I was dealing with a malfunctioning thermostat that caused my furnace to short cycle, leaving my home uncomfortably cold. After calling around, Ty graciously fit me in for a service call the day after Thanksgiving—talk about dedication!
